Convention will be taking place at the Kalahari Resort Friday, March 3rd, 2017 - Sunday, March 5th, 2017

PRICING FOR REGULAR ROOMS: 2 queen sized beds (max 4 adults per room)
Single Occupancy: $890 per adult. - If you have children in the room, the appropriate child's rate (see below) will be added. Please see the notes below for information about cribs and cots.
Double Occupancy: $645 per adult. If you have children in the room, the appropriate child's rate (see below) will be added. Please see the notes below for information about cribs and cots.
Triple Occupancy: $600 per adult. Two full size accommodations for a minimum of three adults. If you have children in the room, the appropriate child's rate (see below) will be added. Please see the notes below for information about cribs and cots.
Quadruple Occupancy: $600 per adult. Two full size accommodations for up to four adults.
PRICING FOR FAMILY ROOMS: 2 Bedrooms (1 big room with 1 King sized bed + another room inside it with 2 queen beds & 1 pull out couch). (max 5 adults per room):
Single Occupancy: $1090 per adult.
Double Occupancy: $795 per adult.
Triple Occupancy: $700 per adult.
Quadruple Occupancy: $700 per adult.

2 Bedroom African Suite:
Price is $1990 for a couple. It has a 2 bedrooms and a parlor area. 1 King Bedroom, a 2 Queen bed Bedroom, and a living room area. It has 2 full bathrooms and a full size sofa bed.

||$175 per child - includes childcare/daycamp program, does not include food or a seat during meals.
|2- to 5-years-old||$275 per child - includes childcare/daycamp program|
|6- to 11-years-old||$335 per child - includes childcare/daycamp program|
- All kids must be registered and paid for as they cost the organization; they are not free. Kids pricing includes an incredible day camp program run by an experienced Program Director, the water park, and food for the weekend.
- There are no refunds available after February 1st, 2017. Prior to February 1st, if you need to cancel for any reason, you will be refunded in full minus a 10% processing fee.
- All amounts quoted are in US Dollars.
Prices include hotel accommodations, meals and programming from dinner on Friday through Sunday lunch, including separate hours for the Kalahari Water park.
- Note for families with children: There are no connecting rooms in this Hotel; there are family rooms instead.
- The advertised cost per child are for children sharing a room with adults. Should you require an additional room for only children (0-11 years old), there will be a $600 room fee in addition to the children's rates.
- All children need to be registered through the registration page regardless of age. The price of babysitting is included in the child's registration. If any child was not registered you will be charged at the time of check-in.
- Absolutely no children under the age of 5 will be allowed into any of the sessions so as not to disturb any of the attendees.
- All rooms include a refrigerator.
- The Hotel does not have any cots but does have pull out beds in all rooms.
- The following are available by advanced request at the indicated charge and are subject to availability:
- Cribs $40 for the weekend.
- High chair in dining area $15 for the weekend
- Please note: Guests are permitted to bring their own portable baby crib to the hotel.
- IMPORTANT MESSAGE: If you are registering as a single adult and you plan to share the room with someone else, you must either include them in the same reservation as you or you give the Project Inspire 8th Annual Convention full discretion to pair you up with whoever is available to be paired.
Transportation: There is a possibility that we will be providing busing from Brooklyn, Monsey, Passaic, and Lakewood, depending on interest, for the price of $40.00 round trip or $20 one way, per person.
