Convention Rates & Information

Convention will be taking place at the Armon Hotel Friday, February 24, 2023 - Sunday, February 26, 2023

Executive Suite Package: $2,490 per couple. Upgrade your room to an Executive Suite Package. Includes kitchenette, living room and a Project Inspire-provided full coffee/tea station in the room. Limited rooms available, reserve today. King size accommodation for two adult. If you have children in the room, the appropriate child's rate (see below) will be added. Please see the notes below for information about cribs and cots.

Junior Suite Package: $2,290 per couple. A Junior Suite is a slightly larger room with more living space, for two adults. Includes either 1 king bed, or 2 double beds.
To upgrade your room under select the Junior Suite option under Additional Options.

Single Occupancy: $1190 per adult. King size accommodation for one adult. If you have children in the room, the appropriate child's rate (see below) will be added. Please see the notes below for information about cribs and cots.

Double Occupancy: $875 per adult. Please specify whether you prefer 1 king bed or two full beds (first come first serve). If you have children in the room, the appropriate child's rate (see below) will be added. Please see the notes below for information about cribs and cots.

Triple Occupancy: $810 per adult. Accommodations for three adults. If you have children in the room, the appropriate child's rate (see below) will be added. Please see the notes below for information about cribs and cots. Note: The room does not include 3 beds, but rather either a king bed with a pull out couch, or 2 double beds.

Child Rates

• All kids must be registered and paid for as they cost the organization; they are not free. Kids pricing includes an incredible day camp program run by an experienced Program Director, and food for the weekend.
• There are no refunds available after January 24th, 2023. Prior to January 24th, if you need to cancel for any reason, you will be refunded in full minus a 10% processing fee.
• All amounts quoted are in US Dollars.
• Prices include hotel accommodations, meals and programming from dinner on Friday through Sunday lunch.
• The advertised cost per child are for children sharing a room with adults. Should you require an additional room for only children (0-11 years old), there will be a $600 room fee in addition to the children's rates.
• All children need to be registered through the registration page regardless of age. The price of babysitting is included in the child's registration. If any child was not registered you will be charged at the time of check-in.
• Absolutely no children under the age of 5 will be allowed into any of the sessions so as not to disturb any of the attendees.
• The following are available by advanced request at the indicated charge and are subject to availability:
• Cribs $50 for the weekend.
• Portable Beds $50 for the weekend
• High chair in dining area $15 for the weekend
• Please note: Guests are permitted to bring their own portable baby crib to the hotel.
• IMPORTANT MESSAGE: If you are registering as a single adult and you plan to share the room with someone else, you must either include them in the same reservation as you or you give the Project Inspire 14th Annual Convention full discretion to pair you up with whoever is available to be paired.
