Our Team

Rabbi Sampson is the founding director of Project Inspire. He was formerly the educational director of Aish UK for 7 years as well as the executive learning director at the Aish Center on the Upper West Side of New York. He has authored much of the educational curriculum for Project Inspire, enabling thousands of people to more actively share the beauty, warmth and meaning of Judaism with their fellow Jew. Rabbi Sampson grew up in North London and still speaks with the Queens English. He learned and taught at Aish HaTorah in the Old City of Jerusalem for 10 years, and was blessed to be a close talmid of Rav Noach Weinberg zt”l, the founder of Aish HaTorah, for 26 years. He also studied under the tutelage of Rav Yaakov Weinberg zt”l in Yeshivas Ner Yisroel, Baltimore. Rav Chaim resides in Passaic, New Jersey, with his wife Yocheved and son Shmuel.
Managing Director
Yossie joined the Project Inspire Team in 2008. With his organizational skills and dynamic team-building abilities, Yossie manages the staff and day-to-day operations of Project Inspire. He has been instrumental in developing the numerous creative programs of Project Inspire, including the Tisha B’Av Films and the Project Inspire Annual convention. A student and Alumnus of Yeshiva Yadgdil Torah, RJJ Edison NJ and Lakewood's BMG, Yossie lives with his family in Yerushalyim.
Director of Programming
Bringing his years of experience in Kiruv with Aish New York and campus, Rabbi Giniger hits the ball out of the park every time with his innovative and inspirational programming. Since joining the Project Inspire Team in 2012, Rabbi Giniger has developed countless programming initiatives. Rabbi Giniger's antennas are always up to give less affiliated Jews phenomenal Jewish experiences and he has transformed the level of programming at Project Inspire.
Educational Director and Director of Jinspire Branches
Over the last 20 years, Rabbi Barnett has established Aish branches in Philadelphia and Livingston, NJ, and lectured extensively for the Discovery Seminar. He is currently the Director of our Jinspire Branches, tri-state area outreach programs led by observant volunteers under the direction of Project Inspire. In addition to offering an array of inspiring programs that bring Jews together in a non judgmental environment, Jinspire brings hundreds of less affiliated moms and dads yearly to Israel on life transforming trips. Rabbi Barnett also develops an array of educational products for Project Inspire that are used in the full array of our Community Outreach activities.
Executive Liaison
Rabbi Tropp joined Project Inspire with years of experience in Kiruv and Chinuch. As a member of Project Inspire's management team since its inception, Rabbi Tropp plays an integral role in every major initiative. Together with Rabbi Sampson and Dovid Rabinowitz, Rabbi Tropp oversees the development of financial resources for the future growth of Project Inspire.
Rabbi Yoni Zakutinsky
Brooklyn Coordinator
Rabbi Zakutinksy plays a leading role in bringing Project Inspire's initiatives and efforts to the Brooklyn community. Through exciting programming, one-on-one learning, and dynamic shabbatons, Rabbi Zakutinsky has brought inspiration to thousands of Torah observant Jews, encouraging them to reach out to their less affiliated friends and neighbors. Working with his wife Shulamis, Rabbi Zakutinsky helps facilitate the JInspire Division of Project Inspire, bringing a myriad of less affiliated men and women on highly subsidized trips to Israel. Rabbi Zakutinsky lives with his family in Brooklyn, NY.
Miriam Leibowitz
Toronto Director
Miriam Leibowitz joined the Project Inspire team in 2018. A dietitian by background, Miriam has a part time nutrition practice and has been instrumental for the past 5 years in managing, recruiting, and fundraising for Team Lifeline Canada, a division of Chai Lifeline Canada. Miriam, along with her husband Eli, has led several JWRP/Jinspire Trips since becoming a city leader 3 years ago as well as participated in a Jinspire couples trip to Israel, Destiny Israel Trip, AISH trip to Poland, and has been involved in planning other inspirational trips to South Africa and Morocco with a focus on Jewish Unity. As well, Miriam and Eli have been involved with three Aish Toronto branches in establishing chavrusah and learning programs for both men and women. Most recently, Miriam started a Toronto Women in Kiruv network with the goal of sharing, liasing and brainstorming kiruv related initiatives and opportunities in Toronto.

Danielle Haas
Learning Partners Relationship Manager
Danielle has been running and developing the Project Inspire Learning program since 2012. In addition she has been on the production team for the yearly Project Inspire Tisha B'Av film for the past four years and works on different events and programs as well. She has a degree from Temple University in Journalism/Communications and lives in Passaic, New Jersey.
Tova Cohen
Finance Manager
Tova is the Finance Manager of Project Inspire. She holds a Masters in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University and lives with her husband and children in Lakewood, NJ.
Aliza Wallerstein
JInspire Trip Organizer
As JInspire Trip Organizer, Aliza works closely with the JInspire Division of Project Inspire. Aliza coordinates with the numerous Jinspire volunteers and participants, helping bring over a thousand women on highly subsidized trips to Israel.
Nechama Kranz
Digital Communications Coordinator
With her creative abilities and passion for marketing, Nechama contributes to Project Inspire's development through the innovation of digital communication and social media. She is responsible for implementing the social media strategies and online presence of Project Inspire and Jinspire. Nechama graduated from Touro College with a degree in Management/Marketing.
Riki Stopniki
Toronto Executive Assistant
Riki Stopnicki is the bookkeeper for Project Inspire Canada. With a BS from Yeshiva University, Riki has been working in the not for profit world since she crossed the Canadian border twelve years ago. Riki originally from New Jersey, lives with her family in Toronto.
