A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Eligibility: The Project Inspire Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia). You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Quebec, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, outside of the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers and directors of Project Inspire. (“PI” or the “Sponsor”), any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children, parents, grandparents, grandchildren and spouses of the foregoing, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on Tuesday September 25th 2018 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on Tuesday October 9th 2018 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Entry Period"). For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a day begins at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on the same calendar day.
To Enter: Sweepstakes entry may be by email or online entry.
No Purchase Necessary.
Enter Online: During the Entry Period, visit http://www.projectinspire.com/events/succos/and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. You will be asked to provide your name, phone number, email address and additional optional information. Online entries must be received by Sponsor by 11:59:59 PM ET on the last day of an Entry Period to be entered in the Sweepstakes and to be eligible for the random drawing applicable to the Entry Period.
Enter By Email: Email entries must be sent to [email protected] and include your first name, last name, phone number, and a valid email.
Limits: Limit of one entry per person per valid email address.
Random Drawing: Sweepstakes winner will be selected by Sponsor on or about October 10th 2018 in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Selection of a potential winner is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. We will award the prize to a minor’s parent or legal guardian if a minor, in any state where the age of majority is not 18, wins the prize. The parent or legal guardian must sign and return all required documentation.
Prize/ Value/Odds of Winning: Grand Prize Sweepstakes: One (1) Round trip ticket to Israel (value $1100). Odds of winning will be determined by the actual number of valid entries received.
Winner Notification: Each potential Sweepstakes winner will be notified by email, or phone at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, using contact information provided at the time of registration. It is the sole responsibility of each participant to ensure that the information provided during registration is current and accurate. Each potential Sweepstakes winner will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release ("Affidavit"), and (where legal) publicity release which must be returned within Thirty (30) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. If winner is a Canadian resident, he or she must answer unaided a time-limited arithmetic skill-testing question as a condition to receiving a prize. If the potential winner of a prize cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the Affidavit within the required time period (if applicable), or prize is returned as undeliverable, then at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner selected. If disqualified, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in forfeiture of the prize, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received for each Entry Period.
For All Prizes: All taxes on the prizes are the sole responsibility of winners. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these rules and decisions of Sponsor which shall be final in all respects relating to the sweepstakes, including without limitation, the interpretation of these rules. Entries which contain false information, are incomplete, inaccurate or are otherwise forged, defective, or made outside authorized channels, including those which have failed due to malfunction or failure of phones, phone lines, telephone systems or networks, server, providers, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof of any kind, any human error or otherwise, shall be void. The ticket must be booked within 365 days from the date of the drawing.
Release: By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates and agents, including advertising agencies and promotional agencies (including Administrator), the employees, officers and directors of the foregoing, and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes (the “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from their participation in the Sweepstakes or their acceptance, use or misuse of a prize.
Publicity: Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
Limitations of Liability: Released Parties are not responsible and shall not be liable for: (a) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunction or by any error (human or otherwise) which may occur in the processing of entries; (b) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (c) entries which are late, misdirected, unintelligible, garbled or incomplete, or are not recorded or cannot be completed for any reason; (d) late, lost, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible or postage-due entries or mail; or (e) any condition caused by events that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. All entries become property of Sponsor. Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's participation in this Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor and used by Sponsor and its agents solely for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules or as stated in Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. If due to a printing, technical or other error, or any other reason, more than the stated number of prizes, as set forth in these Official Rules, are available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes (not yet awarded) by a random drawing from among all legitimate eligible prize claimants in that category. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the “authorized account holder” associated with any given email address who must comply with these Official Rules. Each potential winner may be required to provide evidence (to the Sponsor’s satisfaction) that he or she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with a winning entry. The authorized account holder of an email address is defined as the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court New York or the appropriate New York State Court (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A. without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. Winner’s List: To request the winner’s name, send an email from a valid email address to [email protected] (no later than Tuesday October 9th 2018). You will receive the winner’s name after it has been verified.
